Popis Job Specification:

The candidate will manage or will be part of the Accenture application operation team of CRM systems responsible for Tibco Service Bus and Siebel external workflows


Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and Execution of Tibco service bus
• Coordination of a small team (3 people), in case of Team Lead role
• Deployment of SW releases
• Interact with the other teams (Assurance, Development and Design) for a timely application faults resolution and for a fast execution of the activities on-demand
• Meet the KPIs for the application troubleshooting
