Popis Job Specification:

The candidate will lead or become a member in the application operation team in the usage area


Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team (3 people), in case of Team Lead role
• Coordinate the operation activities scheduled for the monthly billing calendar (6 bill cycle per months), in case of Team Lead role
• 100% respect the milestones calendar
• Interact with the other teams (Assurance, Development and Design) for a timely application faults resolution and for a fast execution of the activities on-demand, in case of Team Lead role
• Meet the KPIs for the application troubleshooting
• Installation of the software releases

Další požadavky • Billing Operation in Telco Projects, only in case of Team Lead role – at least 3 years work experience

• Unix scripts and monitoring (2-3 years)
• Oracle PL-SQL language (2-3 years)
• Oracle DB (2-3 years)
• English Advanced (written and spoken)
• Tivoli Maestro job scheduler – user level is a plus
