Popis Job Specification:

The candidate, based on his professional background) will either be a leader of the small team or a part of the Accenture application operation team of Data Warehouse and DMS system operating in Telco area; it’s requested providing high level technical support on windows/web areas


Responsibilities:

• Provide a high technical level of support on Web based applications and Windows systems
• Manage a small team (3 people), in case of Team Lead role
• Coordinate the operation activities scheduled for the monthly billing calendar (6 bill cycle per month), in case of Team Lead role
• Monitoring and execution of DWH extractions and application backup procedures
• Deployment of SW releases
• Interact with the other teams (Assurance, Development and Design) for a timely application faults resolution and for a fast execution of the activities on-demand
• Meet the KPIs for the application troubleshooting

Další požadavky • Windows Server configuration and administration or DWH Operation in Telco Projects – at least 2 years hands-on experience
• SQL Server configuration and administration (1-2 years work experience)
• Web and network Architectures (1-3 years work experience)
• SQL language (1-3 years work experience)
• Oracle DB - user (1-3 years work experience)
• Unix scripts and monitoring (1-3 years work experience)
• English Advanced (written and spoken): 1-3 years work experience
• Tivoli Maestro job scheduler – user level is a plus
• Knowledge of Web programming, Oracle PL-SQL language is a plus
