Popis Job Specification

The candidate will be the team coordinator of the Accenture application operation team of billing systems (Arbor 9.1 and custom pre and post billing systems)

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the billing calendar operation activities (6 bill cycle per month)
• Coordinate the billing operation team (15 people)
• Key referent for the client billing department
• Key referent for the other billing team of the project (design, development, assurance)
• Meet the KPIs for the application troubleshooting and the billing calendar milestones
