Popis Job Specification:

The candidate will be the team coordinator for the activities in scope for the service control area and will be the team leader of Application Operation for all service platforms (Service Control, PSSC/UAB, PAWa, and Message Store)


Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the service control operation activities
• Coordinate the service control operation team
• Prioritize and dispatch assurance tasks
• Key referent for the client network department
• Key referent for the other network team of the project (design, development, assurance)

Další požadavky • Significant experience (at least 5 years) in Application Operation procedures related to Telco projects for mission critical applications
• Extensive experience in performance troubleshooting
• Unix configuration and administration (Sun Solaris 9) – 2 years
• PL/SQL – 2 years
• Very good familiarity and hands on experience in AAA platforms
• Navis Radius – 2 years
• At least 2 years of coordination experience in Apache Tomcat Team
• English – advanced level
• Team leading, SonicMQ, Unix scripts and monitoring is a plus
