Popis Job Specification:

The candidate will manage the Accenture application operation team of CRM systems (Siebel, Tibco, DWH and Document Manager)


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the CRM application operation teams (15 people)
• Coordinate the deployment activities of the SW releases
• Key referent for the client CRM department
• Interact with the other teams (Assurance, Development and Design) for a timely application faults resolution and for a fast execution of the activities on-demand
• Meet the KPIs for the application troubleshooting

Další požadavky • Advanced technical knowledge (5 years work experience) of Application Operation in Telco Projects in which Siebel/Tibco platform have been used
• 5 years of work experience in administrating and Account Management of Siebel 6.3
• Windows Server 2000, Microsoft IIS (3 years)
• At least 3 years working with PL-SQL language, Oracle DB
• Unix scripts and monitoring
• Experience in a Team coordination (3 years)
• Travel availability
• English – advanced level
• Knowledge of Unix Connect direct technology - configuration and monitoring is a plus
• Knowledge Tibco RV v.6.9 / Tibco Repository v. 4.1, Tivoli Maestro job scheduler is a plus
