Popis Job Specification:

This role entails coordination of the activities regarding the SDM-SNI systems area


Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the SDM-SNI area operation activities
• Coordinate the SDM-SNI operation team
• Manage assurance tasks
• Key referent for the client related department
• Key referent for the other related team of the project (design, development, assurance)
• Meet the KPIs for the application troubleshooting

Další požadavky • Significant experience (at least 5 years) in Application Operation procedures specifically in Telco projects related to Order Management platforms
• At least 5 years hands on experience in order management platforms
• Unix configuration and administration (HP UX 11.11) – 3 years
• Very good knowledge PL-SQL, SQL, Oracle Workflow 2.6.2 – 3 years
• English - advanced
• Team management (at least 8-10 resources)
• Familiarity with performance & DB monitoring and configuration, troubleshooting is a plus
• Knowledge of Unix scripts and monitoring, MS Windows 2000 SP4 is a plus
• Knowledge of Oracle 9.2.0.4, MS IIS 5.0 is a plus
