Popis Job Specification:

The candidate will be the team coordinator for the activities in scope of the PSSC and UAB systems area or will work in the team in charge of running and controlling the operations of the VAS and ISP Service Orchestrator system


Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team, in case of Team Lead role
• Coordinate the activities scheduled for PSSC and UAB store area, in case of Team Lead role
• Plan and execute the activities scheduled for the operations of the VAS and ISP Service Orchestrator system
• Monitor the application and the integrations with the other systems
• Plan and execute new SW release installation
• Meet the KPIs for the application troubleshooting
• Interact with the other teams (Assurance, Development and Design) for a timely application faults resolution and for a fast execution of the activities on-demand

Další požadavky • Experience in Application Operation procedures related to Telco projects for mission critical applications (1-5 years work experience)
• Windows 2003 Server EE configuration and administration – at least 1 year work experience
• VAS Platforms, Service Orchestration operation experience (1-3 years of work experience)
• SQL-Server, SQL (1-2 years of work experience)
• Microsoft Bizztalk (1-4 years of work experience)
• Microsoft CSF (1-4 years of work experience)
• English Advanced (written and spoken)
