Popis Job Specification:

The candidate will be part of Accenture application operation team responsible for Siebel Web Interfaces Procedures activities (Siebel 6.3) or Siebel batch procedures (Siebel 6.3, Oracle 8.1, batches and PL-SQL procedures)


Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and Execution of Siebel batch procedures
• Deployment of SW releases
• Interact with the other teams (Assurance, Development and Design) for a timely application faults resolution and for a fast execution of the activities on-demand
• Meet the KPIs for the application troubleshooting

Další požadavky • 1 year experience using Microsoft IIS or Administration and Account Management of Siebel 6.3
• Use of Windows Server 2000 (1 year work experience)
• Unix scripts and monitoring (1 year work experience)

• Oracle DB (1 year work experience)
• English Advanced (written and spoken)
• Unix Connect direct technology - configuration and monitoring is a plus
• Tivoli Maestro job scheduler - user level is a plus
