CRM/SD SAP Specialist

Popis - maintaining and supporting the current functionalities as well as the Plan, Design, Build, Deploy and Run for enhancements as well as on boarding new countries
- act as a Gatekeeper between Client SAP user and SAP CRM and SD applications
- Evaluate requirements and design appropriate solutions, following the ITIL Change Process
- Provide operation support of the CRM & SD system - efficient error handling, providing appropriate technical resolutions and a high level of customer service
- Work with the European SAP Business Process Analyst for Engagement Management and Security Design
- Authority to ensure the solutions fulfil the client architecture and security requirements
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Test expert to run functional testing and support the business through the User Acceptance Testing
- Ensure technical standardisation (authentication, error treatment, documentation) is enforced, reusable and consistent to other SAP areas.
- Stay on Page with all new EM functionalities and applications provided by SAP

Další požadavky - a high level of experience in large scale international SAP implementations, especially in the SAP CRM and SD area
- understanding of the SAP modules/solutions which support Engagement Management:
CEAC: Account Management, Opportunity Management, Audit processes / Questionnaires,
CRM: Functional Consulting / support and assistance in client markets processes
ERP: Fundamental knowledge of SAP SD applications: Order management / Conditions / Billing process
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- fluently English is required
