Popis Job Specification:

The candidate will lead or become a member of the application operation team responsible for the invoice archiving/web display and billing flows area


Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team (4 people), in case of Team Lead role
• Coordinate the billing activities scheduled for the monthly billing calendar (6 bill cycle per months), in case of Team Lead role
• 100% respect the milestones calendar
• Interact with the other teams (Assurance, Development and Design) for a timely application faults resolution and for a fast execution of the activities on-demand, in case of Team Lead role
• Respect of the KPI for the application troubleshooting
• Execution and monitoring of the application procedures
• Execution of data cleaning on the DB

Další požadavky • Windows configuration and administration, in case of Team Leader role – 5 years work experience
• Web Architecture Unix scripts and monitoring or Unix Connect direct technology – at least 3 years work experience
• Oracle PL-SQL language – 3 years work experience
• Oracle DB – 3 years work experience
• English Advanced (written and spoken)
• Tivoli Maestro job scheduler – user level is a plus
• Web programming is a plus
