Billing Systems – Application Operation team leader/team member (Prague)

Popis Job Specification:

The candidate will be part of the Accenture application operation team of billing systems (Arbor 9.1 and custom pre and post billing systems)


Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the billing calendar operation activities (6 bill cycle per month), in case of Team Lead role
• Coordinate the billing operation teams (15 people), in case of Team Lead role
• Key referent for the client billing department, in case of Team Lead role
• Key referent for the other billing team of the project (design, development, assurance), in case of Team Lead role
• Respect of the KPI for the application troubleshooting and the billing calendar milestones
